Rescheduling: You are welcome to reschedule your appointment without penalty at any time up to 24 hours in advance. Simply contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred date and time. Your deposit and any existing payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment. Cancellation: First-time clients: If you are a first-time client and need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit or payment. However, I encourage you to reschedule if possible, as cancellations impact my schedule and availability. Returning clients: If you have booked more than one appointment in the past and need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you are unfortunately not eligible for a refund. Your deposit or payment will be forfeited to compensate for the lost session time. Additionally, depending on the circumstances and history of our relationship, rescheduling may not be possible. We can discuss this further if needed. Please note: All cancellations must be communicated via phone or email. Leaving a voicemail or sending a text message without confirmation does not constitute a cancellation. Repeated cancellations with short notice may affect your ability to schedule future appointments. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful schedule.
